How many nails come in a set?

Ten nails come in a set. Be sure to include your nail measurements for correct fit. I also offer premade 10 and 20 piece sets (2 of each number 0-9)

What comes with my order?

Every press- on order comes with a nail prep kit, which contains nail glue, tabs, a file, buffer, cuticle pusher, alcohol pads and instructions.

What is the process time?

Made to order sets are 7-21 days. Shipping is usually 3-5 business days. *Processing times vary. *Processing time for made to order sets will change for more convenience -TBA *Launches and restock will be the 5th of each month unless stated otherwise through social media or/and email.

Where do you ship to?

I ship within the US at this time.

What if my package is lost?

Once handed off to carrier, Tipzbyericarenee has no control over the packages. If the address provided is correct, contact the local post company responsible for delivering package. Please double check address before placing order.

How do I find my nail size?

Please refer to sizing guide for instructions to find nail size. What if standard sizes do not fit your nails? If none of the standard sizes fit your nail measurements, select custom and leave measurements in nail size(0-9) or millimeters at checkout in the instruction box. Sizing kit is strongly recommended for extra short lengths

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Due to items being a handmade, all sales are final. Please ensure you check your order and nail sizes before placing order. Tipzbyericarenee is not responsible for incorrect sizes selected by customer.

Do you offer replacement nails?

Yes, there is an option to replace missing nails( 2 max). as well as 1 or 2 nails that do not fit.

How long do the nails last?

It depends on how well you prep your nails, method of application and how rough you are with your hands. Press-ons can last 2-4 weeks with proper application and care.

How do you remove nails?

To remove nails, apply cuticle oil around the nail and soak in warm water for 10-15 minutes. Repeat process to safely remove nails without damage to natural nails and press-ons.

Are these press-ons reusable?

Yes, depending on how you take care wearing and removing them. Gently buff the back of nails to remove old glue and reapply as usual.
